What Is Your Return or Exchange Policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

The product is unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, labels, and protective stickers intact.

The item received is not the correct size.
Please Note:

No returns or exchanges are allowed on clearance sale items.

Advance payment is required for all custom-made orders.

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days.
How Do I Apply for a Return or Exchange?

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness for both parties.
For defective or damaged items:

You must email clear photographic evidence of the issue to buraqwearcc@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

Once approved, a replacement item will be sent.
Additional Charges:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A replacement handling charge of Rs. 350 will apply.

If a defective item was delivered, the original delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.
When Will My Return Be Processed?

Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 14 working days.
What Is Your Size Exchange Policy?
If you wish to exchange an item due to size issues:

The product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Important:

White and neon-colored items are not eligible for size exchange.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Yes, refunds are offered only if:

The wrong item was sent due to a packing error.

Sale & Discounted Items – Returns & Exchanges
