What Is Your Return or Exchange Policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item received is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, labels, and protective stickers intact.

  • The item received is not the correct size.

Please Note:

  • No returns or exchanges are allowed on clearance sale items.

  • Advance payment is required for all custom-made orders.

  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 working days.

How Do I Apply for a Return or Exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by:

For defective or damaged items:

  • You must email clear photographic evidence of the issue to buraqwearcc@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

  • Once approved, a replacement item will be sent.

Additional Charges:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A replacement handling charge of Rs. 350 will apply.

  • If a defective item was delivered, the original delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.

When Will My Return Be Processed?

  • Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.

  • During sales or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 14 working days.

What Is Your Size Exchange Policy?

If you wish to exchange an item due to size issues:

  • Contact us via email at buraqwearcc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Important:

  • White and neon-colored items are not eligible for size exchange.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Yes, refunds are offered only if:

  • The product is damaged, or

  • The wrong item was sent due to a packing error.

Refund Terms:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

Sale & Discounted Items – Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges on sale or discounted items are allowed only if the wrong item was sent by our packing team.

  • Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

    • The request is made after the allowed time frame.

    • The item shows signs of use or damage.

    • The product has been tampered with.
